Jeff Reinhold
President/Co-Founder
Jeff received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. While still in college, he worked in PCB fabrication. He moved in to PCB design a few years after graduating and eventually ran the Seattle PCB Design Group for Praegitzer Industries. He had worked in the PCB industry for more than 17 years before becoming one of the principle founders of Monsoon Solutions, Inc.
Darin Dix
Chief Operating Officer/Co-Founder
Darin earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Seattle University. He began his career as a PCB Designer in 1996, and was a principal founder of Monsoon in 2000. He has spent his career at the forefront of technologies in PCB design, focusing on new and emerging technologies and processes. He values being a mentor to all the designers and engineers at Monsoon and educating the next generation of PCB Designers.
Paul Butler
Chief Financial Officer/Co-Founder
Paul is a licensed CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Humboldt State University. Inspired by GAAP guidelines, he supports a system of full-traceability for accounting and PCB manufacturing projects alike. He began his career in the PCB industry in 1998, and was a principal founder of Monsoon in 2000. He values being part of the PCB community, and the vast number of relationships formed with suppliers and customers during this time.
Jennifer Kolar
Vice President of Engineering
Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics in Engineering followed by a Master of Science in Astrophysical, Planetary and Atmospheric Sciences, both from University of Colorado, Boulder. She had a long career in high reliability, complex system software development and technology management before she circled back to her roots in electrical engineering by joining Monsoon in 2011. She thrives on being at the intersection of managing technology and humans, and finds the PCB industry an exciting place to watch the development of cutting edge technology.
