How long does coverage last?

This warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of original purchase of the Monsoon Power Monitor. Warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in workmanship or material.

What is covered by the warranty?

This limited warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Monsoon Power Monitor.

What is not covered by the warranty?

This limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by user error, modifying, attempting to fix, and/or otherwise altering the product.

The Power Monitor should only be used with the power supply provided. Using a different power supply may damage the Power Monitor, and voids the warranty.

This limited warranty does not cover the Power Monitor becoming obsolete at some point in the future.

Who is covered by the warranty?

This limited warranty covers only the original purchaser of the Monsoon Power Monitor. The limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of the Monsoon Power Monitor.

RMA Shipping Costs

RMA shipping costs back to Monsoon are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Monsoon will pay for the cost of shipping back to the customer if the product is under warranty. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping if product is not under warranty. Duties and customs fees remain the responsibility of the buyer under either circumstance.
